Meditation Guidance

Julie Palian has practiced meditation since 2010. She first came to meditation through the loss of a child, and has since used daily practice to live from a deeper and more integrated place. She began teaching this beautiful tradition to her friends, her children and others. She began taking teacher trainings and offering courses in meditation as well as personalized sessions. It has been a natural progression. This is the work she loves.

Julie is kind and supportive of her clients. She provides tailored care and guidence in a safe, non-judgemental space. She believes that every human is sacred. That they carry the capacity to grow and to live freely. That every life belongs.
